The motifs are his logo taken apart: the open book becomes the hero spread with a real centre spine, the rising bars become the stat markers, and the circle becomes the oversized arc breaking the top right corner. Deliberately warm paper rather than the navy every bookkeeping site uses, so he does not read as a ChurchShield or Bench clone.
