01Bookkeeping and fractional CFO
Mission-Minded Bookkeeping keeps the books for churches, nonprofits and small businesses so the people who were called to the work can get back to it. Max Wuethrich has served over 50 organisations, from church plants with no bank account yet to multi-site ministries.
Max started where a lot of his clients are. He was the treasurer and student ministries director at a church plant he and his wife Caitlin helped start, which is why the reporting he builds answers the questions a board actually asks rather than the ones an accountant finds interesting.

Contributions, designated gifts and building funds tracked separately, so you can tell a giver exactly where their money went.

Unlimited grant and restricted fund tracking, functional reporting, and financials your auditor does not have to rebuild.

Inventory, invoicing, chart of accounts and monthly video recaps, with financials your tax preparer can file from.
02Why it is called Mission-Minded
Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counsellors there is safety.

Bodoni Moda + Switzer, figures in IBM Plex Mono. Deep #10315A carries the bands at 11.4:1 on bone, and #245490 at 6.8:1 carries every accent word. The signature move is the rising photo row: three frames at increasing heights, which is his logo's bar chart turned into a page rhythm. The circle from his mark returns as the oversized arc in the deep band. This is the direction that leans hardest on photography, so it lives or dies on getting real photos of Max and his clients.
